Somehow or another, you've stumbled onto this site. Maybe you were specifically looking for a site such as this, looking for answers or questions. Maybe you heard about this site and you are very angry that someone is saying you can go from 'gay to straight' and that 'complete change is possible.' Maybe, you possibly got one of SBM’s tracts, I Was Gay, sharing my story and the truth about homosexuality.

Maybe you are a Christian man or woman who is struggling with unwanted same sex attractions. Or, you may be a parent or friend of a loved one who is homosexual -- heartbroken, looking for answers. Well let me tell you, it is no accident you've come across this website. I believe the Lord brought you here for a reason – and I want you to know I am here to help you.

You see, I am a Christian Evangelist to the 'gay' and lesbian community. I truly have a heart for the homosexual man and woman. I understand better than most the issues, the trials and concerns of 'gay' and lesbian men and women - for I once was 'gay.'

As a man who lived as a homosexual until I was 28 years old, I know what it's like being 'gay.' I know the fun, the excitement, the thrills - yet I also know the sadness, the loneliness, the guilt and the pain. I know what it’s like to want to be loved - to want to be held at night - not to be alone. I know what it's like to try and hide your feelings and homosexuality, so others who are heterosexual - family, friends and society - won't find out that you are 'gay.'

I've been there -- and done that. 11 years actively in the homosexual lifestyle, well with over 100 men sexually - many dear friends and loved ones who are dead today from AIDS. At the very end, I was even in a long term, committed same-sex relationship - in love with another man - a wonderful human being, who was going to be my partner for life.

But something incredible and unbelievable happened -- I changed - completely.

That was over 12 years ago. Today, I am happily married almost 11 years to an incredible, beautiful woman who knew me when I was 'gay' – a woman who never stopped praying for me. We also have two beautiful little children together, a boy and a girl. Life could never be more wonderful. I am completely free of my homosexual thoughts, actions and desires. I am completely happy with who I am today - a heterosexual male – the man God created me to be.

My homosexuality was an outward expression of things that were going on much deeper - all stemming back from my childhood. As hard as it was, I dealt with those painful deep-rooted issues and was freed from my homosexual past. I was able to move on to a new life - one I would never exchange for that life again.

Do you have questions? Do you want to talk privately? If you could change, would you want to? I am not here to condemn, nor to judge. I've walked in your shoes. I've learned not to throw stones, for I've lived in a glass house. Everyone deserves to be treated with love and respect – but everyone also deserves to hear the truth.

I am personally available to talk with you and answer any questions you may have whatsoever -- or just to listen. I care - for I was there… and I mean that. If you are a woman and would prefer to speak with another woman who has completely left the homosexual lifestyle, SBM has several women available to speak with you as well.

Remember these simple facts, friend: no one is born homosexual – in most cases it has everything to do with childhood, and complete change is completely possible! I'm just one of thousands men and women who have left our homosexual lifestyles and struggles behind and moved on to healthy heterosexuality. The great news is you can, too!
